VIVA Collections Committee Meeting Lunch Selection

The VIVA Collections Committee will meet on May 15, 2015 at Boatwright Library Seminar Rm. 1. Lunch will be catered by Apple Spice Junction. The flat fee of 9.00 per person will include a box lunch of your choice as listed below and a beverage.

Cash or Check (Made out to University of Richmond) will be accepted for payment of lunch. Please submit your selection by May 13th, 2015.

All lunches will come served with an assortment of pasta salad, frogeye salad, apple wedges, baby carrots w/ranch dip or potato chips (baked chips upon request), dill pickle, a fresh-baked chocolate chunk cookie and a mint. (Mustard and mayo on the side)

Office Favorite: Roast beef, oven-roasted turkey, Virginia baked ham and Swiss cheese on our made from scratch 13-grain bread.
Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Sandwich: Oven-roasted, tender white turkey breast on our made from scratch honey wheat bread.
Club Sandwich: Oven-roasted turkey breast and Virginia baked ham topped with bacon, cheddar & provolone cheese on made from scratch honey wheat bread.
Chef’s Salad: Strips of turkey and ham, sliced egg, jack and cheddar cheese, fresh vegetables on crisp salad greens. Served with our made from scratch bread, butter, cinnamon honey butter, mint and your choice of Ranch, Light Ranch, Caesar, Italian, Bleu Cheese, Fat-Free Raspberry Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Thousand Island, Poppy Seed or Sesame Ginger (all dressings on the side).
Tuna Salad Assorted greens mixed with fresh vegetables, topped with the finest, fresh white albacore tuna salad.
Veggie and Vegan Options
Vegetarian Sandwich: Sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, green pepper and sprouts with provolone and cheddar cheese on our famous honey wheat bread.
Veg Out! Platter: A vegetarian delight made with fresh sliced tomatoes, creamy mozzarella cheese, crisp spinach leaves, and Italian dressing on a flaky croissant roll. Served with fruit salad and a home-style chocolate chip cookie.
Tossed Green Salad: Fresh leaf lettuce mixed with red cabbage, grated carrots and fresh vegetables. Served with our made from scratch bread, butter, cinnamon honey butter, mint and your choice of Ranch, Light Ranch, Caesar, Italian,

Parking

To ensure parking, please fill out this online parking permit request (http://parking.richmond.edu/registration/visitor.html). After the request is submitted, a visitor’s parking permit and a campus map will be forwarded to the postal address you provide. Under the request for event name, please state VIVA, and put location as Boatwright Library. Please allow 6-7 business days for permits to be mailed.
